Cancellation Policy

Services, Programs & Digital Products Policy 1. Non-Refundable Investments All individual consulting sessions, intensive strategy sessions, mentorship programs, VIP experiences, and digital downloads (including workbooks, manuals, and courses) are final sale. Because our services provide immediate structural strategies, custom strategic assets, and intellectual proprietary frameworks, ATA Products & Services LLC operates under a strict NO REFUND policy. By finalizing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that all fees paid are non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations (Individual Consulting) We understand that unforeseen administrative or personal shifts occur; however, our calendar slots are limited and highly protected. Rescheduling Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' written notice to reschedule a confirmed session. Sessions rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice will carry over all payments to the new date (subject to availability). Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to show up to a scheduled session within fifteen (15) minutes of the start time, will result in immediate forfeiture of that session. No refunds or partial credits will be issued. 3. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances ATA Products & Services LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay or failure in performance of services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, acts of God, illness, technical platform failures, national emergencies, or severe weather). In the event of an unforeseen disruption on our part, your session or training will be rescheduled to the earliest mutually available date without financial penalty to either party.
